Rebecca Alexander is a change, leadership and communications specialist who provides creative people solutions. She has qualifications and experience in Business Management, Community Services, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

Rebecca has extensive corporate experience with more than 20 years specialising in communications and change, in corporate, not for profit and government sectors, including 11 years at Origin Energy, where she held a number of key senior leadership roles including Internal Communications Manager; supporting over 2,500 employees.

Rebecca has played integral leadership roles in major change and communication programs such as acquisitions, mergers, integrations and restructures. Many organisations Rebecca has worked with have had cultures where there were staff with over 10 – 20 years tenure, she specialises in breaking through old patterns of thinking and behaving to create a new focus to move the individual and team forward.

As a coach, trainer and consultant, Rebecca has worked with professionals at every level of the corporate chain from executive level managers to COOs, CEOs and board directors, through to business owners, managers and front-line employees.
